96ph is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is prohibited and accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active account on 96ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided without exception.
All bonuses and promotional credits on 96ph are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
96ph processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited on 96ph. Violations will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 96ph shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

To access the full range of services on 96ph, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your GCash or PayMaya account where applicable. You must not use a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's details when registering.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 96ph. If 96ph determines that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — 96ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 96ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 96ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
96ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit any documentation requested by 96ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
96ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 96ph reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 96ph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance. 96ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All funds deposited into your 96ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 96ph reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected. Deposits are accepted for the purpose of gaming only and must not be used to circumvent currency controls or for any unlawful purpose.
96ph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
Players may request withdrawal of available funds (real money balance, excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 96ph supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 96ph reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. 96ph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments over multiple business days. Players will be notified if this applies to their withdrawal request.
96ph reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such review periods, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. If a withdrawal is declined following review, the funds will be returned to the player's account balance and the player will be notified of the reason where permitted by law.
96ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the rollover requirement.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 96ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who hold multiple accounts, have previously abused bonus terms, or are suspected of bonus abuse may be excluded from promotional offers without prior notice.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse. 96ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
All games available on 96ph use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 96ph's servers, the server record shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, 96ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 96ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the result recorded on 96ph's servers. 96ph is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 96ph and are displayed within each game interface. 96ph reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 96ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 96ph is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 96ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 96ph without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
96ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
96ph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
96ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirement.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 96ph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to closure.
96ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 96ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 96ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from your use of 96ph that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 96ph operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR, and players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR through its official channels.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 96ph support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. 96ph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
